Dies ist meine dritte Bestellung über Zlvedoll. Bei jeder Bestellung gab es Positives aber auch Negatives.(Ist unter den Dolls als Bewertung zu lesen)
Negatives zu dieser Bestellung zu erst:
-Lieferzeit stolze 58 Tage Verschuldet durch Feiertage Weinachten und Sylvester 025 auf 026, dadurch beim Zoll liegen geblieben. Außerdem DHL mit angegeben Liefertermin der nochmal über eine Woche beanspruchte. Am 15.01.2026 sollte über DHL Zustellung erfolgen was nicht geschah. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit DHL konnte ich mein Paket am 16.01.2026 selbst abholen.
-Durch extrem lange Lieferzeit und somit extrem langes liegen auf ihrem Hintern wurde dieser komplett Platt gedrückt und total verunstaltet, des weiterem war sie Ölig Nass wahrscheinlich durch das platt drücken des Hinterteils. Dieses Öl konnte ich aber durch Duschen weg waschen. Danach Babypuder und ihre Haut wurde so weich und geschmeidig wie sie sein soll.
– Ihre Bein gelenke am Po gehen sehr leicht was auch durch das Öl verschuldet sein könnte, muss man sehen ob sie noch lockerer werden mit der Zeit
– Mein zweites Bestelltes Augenpaar Fehlte, habe aber dafür noch eine zusätzliche Perücke bekommen. Da es ein hart Silikon Kopf ist kann es sein das das wechseln der Augen gar nicht möglich ist. Sollte dann aber beim Bestellen auch gar nicht zur Auswahl stehen.
Positives zu dieser Bestellung:
-Dauerhaftes Update über Tracking Plattform es hat viel Spaß gemacht zu verfolgen wo die Süße ist und die Vorfreude wuchs ständig.
-Kontakt mit Zlovedoll, fragen, Probleme und Sorgen werden meist schnellst möglich Bearbeitet aber auch manchmal einfach nicht geantwortet. Trotzdem fühlte ich mich gut beraten.
-Für das große Problem mit dem zerdrücktem Hintern (was so gravierend war das ich die Süße gern zurück geschickt hätte und auf mein Recht auf Neu Lieferung bestanden hätte) haben sie den Hersteller Kontaktet der mir eine Reparatur Lösung anbot, was letzten Endes auch Funktioniert hat. Das heißt ihr Hintern ist wieder voll ausgeformt und sieht Perfekt aus
-Das Paket war trotz extrem langer Lieferzeit in einem sehr guten zustand und alles wurde sorgfältig verpackt.
-Ich bin mit Zlovedoll gerade im Email Kontakt ob es trotzdem eine Entschädigung für 1. Das fehlende Augenpaar und zweitens kleine Druckstellen an ihren Schenkeln gibt die wahrscheinlich nicht mehr weg gehen, für z.b. einen zweiten Kopf.
Darüber hinaus bin ich wieder zufrieden mit der Puppe und kann gar nicht zum Ausdruck wie schön sie eigentlich ist. Vielleicht können das aber meine Bilder darstellen. Viel Spaß beim ansehen. Ich kann Zlovedoll trotz dem nur weiter Empefehlen. Ich gebe diesmal nur vier Sterne und werde euch auf den Laufenden Halten was bei dem Zusätzlichen Kopf raus gekommen ist.

Kleines Update zur Sache mit dem zweiten Kopf zur Entschädigung der beschädigten Puppe durch den Transport. Ich habe Zlovedoll über einem Monat mehrfach angeschrieben und gefragt ob sich was ergeben hat. Leider ist seit her Funkstille und ich bekomme überhaupt keine Rückantwort. Das hätte ich von denen nicht erwartet gerade in Sachen Service war ich immer äußerst zufrieden. Schade deswegen. Trotzdem bin ich von dem Hersteller und der Puppe sehr begeistert und sie ist einfach nur unglaublich hübsch. Youqu kann ich als Hersteller wärmsten empfehlen und würde ihm gern Fünf Sterne geben da es aber ain zusammen Arbeit mit Zlovedoll ist muss ich leider einen Stern abziehen .
