Cancellation Policy

> Regular Orders

A full refund will be issued for cancellations made within 2 hours after order, excluding credit card processing fees. An 80% refund will be issued for cancellations made within 6 hours after order, excluding credit card processing fees. An 60% refund will be issued for cancellations made within 6~24 hours after order, excluding credit card processing fees. Orders older than 24 hours are non-refundable.

( * Please note that refunds typically take 3-10 business days to be returned to your account. The exact time of arrival depends on your bank. )

>Customized Orders

All dolls that are re-modeled and customized according to customer requirements are non-cancellable.

Returns Policy

On the premise that there is no problem with the goods and the package has not been opened, the goods can be returned within 3 days of receipt. (Shipping costs are borne by the customer) If you want return the package, please email us to negotiate.

Each doll is thoroughly inspected before shipping. If you find any problems when the sex doll arrives, please contact [email protected] within 24 hours after signing for it with relevant pictures and videos, we will help you to solve the problem.

If the package is severely damaged, you should file a claim with the carrier after receiving the package. We will arrange a refund or replacement depending on the severity of the damage to the doll. For minor damage, a repair kit will be provided.
