All customized dolls cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.

If your doll has production defects, of any kind, or damage occurred during shipping, just sent it back and enjoy a replacement or money back. Dolls that are damaged during use are not eligible for return or exchange. As mentioned prior, customized dolls cannot be returned or exchanged.
