Shipping Speed

Once your order is placed, assembly usually takes 3 to 5 days depending on the model and another 5 to 12 days for delivery, depending on the destination.

Shipping Package

> Privacy:All shipping containers are 100% confidential, with no logos, text or other identifiable markings.

> Security:All dolls are first wrapped in transparent bags with foam to keep them secured. Another layer of wrapping is done by using a small, soft blanket before the doll is placed in a sealed box. With all of these precautions, your doll will be delivered and your satisfaction is guaranteed!

Regarding Tariffs

Due to the impact of Covid-19, Zlovedoll currently only provides tax-included services to users in the United States, and users in other regions are responsible for their own tariffs.

Our Shipping Process

Once your order has been placed, our customer service representatives will contact you to confirm the order details and the correct shipping address. At this point, we start production. Several comprehensive inspections of your doll are completed before shipping. You will receive an email alert containing a tracking number so you can monitor shipping until you receive your purchase.


Order Cancellation

> Regular Orders

A full refund will be issued for cancellations within 2 hours, excluding PayPal or credit card processing fees. An 80% refund will be issued for cancellations made within 6 hours, and again, excluding PayPal or credit card processing fees.

>Customized Orders

All dolls produced based on “custom requirements” of customer cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.

Returns & Exchanges

Each doll is subject to thorough inspections prior to shipping. If you notice any issues with your order upon arrival, please contact immediately. If the doll has original defects of any kind or damage that occurred during shipping, all brand new dolls can be replaced or returned for free. In the event damage of any kind due to use, no returns or exchanges will be available. As stated before, any custom dolls cannot be returned or exchanged.
